Orders are processed directly by AFLETE Athletics and prepared as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
We accept exchanges only (size or color) within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Exchange requests must be approved in advance via WhatsApp, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is out of stock, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message. As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping provider, we’ll send you the tracking number and link by email and WhatsApp, allowing you to follow every step of the delivery process and stay updated throughout the shipment.
